Why not try the Couch to 5k? The app is designed for non-runners to build stamina and endurance, taking you from bouts of running for 1 minute up to 30 minutes running in just 9 weeks. Our recommended app is shown below:

The Couch to 5k can be a bit of a challenge to new runners, so here are some tips to help you get started:

Don’t worry if you’re still unsure. The voices on the app coach you throughout it all, helping you to build stamina and endurance.
